Description

The original mid-eighties design for Dr.Otto. This would've been during his time at PCCC (Polymer City Community College), where he was an assistant professor of astrobiology. He was eventually dismissed for his introduction of cryptozoology (and its potential links to astrobiology) into the curriculum, which even today is viewed as pseudoscience.
